Book Your Seal and Sea Lion Experience

Join our animal husbandry staff before the Aquarium opens as they feed and care for our seals and sea lions. This exclusive experience is available on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8:15 a.m.

Now Accepting Applications for African American Scholar Program

The Aquarium will award $50,000 each year to support African American students who demonstrate a commitment to studies related to careers in the aquarium field.

Education and outreach programs teach visitors and schoolchildren about important conservation issues, like climate change and biodiversity loss. Staff members and volunteers also participate in field work, including endangered species rescue and habitat clean-ups.

The Aquarium of the Pacific’s mission is to instill a sense of wonder, respect, and stewardship for the Pacific Ocean, its inhabitants, and ecosystems. Founded in June 1998, the Aquarium of the Pacific is a 501©3 non-profit organization.
