There are 3 ways to purchase tickets and/or make reservations.
1Do you need a ticket? Purchase a timed ticket online.
If you are purchasing a ticket online, you do not need to make a separate reservation since you will be asked to select a time during the ticket purchase. Your tickets are not valid until the hour of your reservation and will be accepted the remainder of that day. Please note: Children under 3 years old do not require a reservation or ticket.
Already have a ticket or coupon? Make a free reservation.
Once you have your reservation, present your reservation at your selected time to the staff onsite at the Aquarium. If you already purchased tickets, you will be directed to the entrance. If you need to purchase tickets with a coupon/discount, you will be directed to do so at our ticket windows. Please note: Your tickets are not valid until the time of your reservation.
