The Aquarium of the Pacific will host its twenty-first annual Baja Splash Cultural Festival celebrating of cultures from México, Central and South America, Puerto Rico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and beyond. The event features traditional dance, live music, educational programming in English and Spanish, and booths.
