The Aquarium of the Pacific is celebrating World Ocean Day, which takes place on June 8, with special offerings you can participate in online and by inviting the public to visit its new exhibition highlighting baby animals.
The festival, presented by Dr. Allen and Charlotte Ginsburg, encourages students in ninth to twelfth grade to explore science and conservation through creative visual storytelling.
The chick is currently in a nest with its parents in one of the burrows behind the scenes of the June Keyes Penguin Habitat, and you will be able to visit the live webcam to see the nest.
