Max Coleman recorded this Aquacast at the Aquarium on October 2, 2014. Coleman is the director of the Center for Life Detection and leader of the Astrobiology Research Group at the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab at Caltech in Pasadena.
He discusses deep-ocean lifeforms and using methods for detecting them to find similar organisms in space.
