Once you have made your reservation with our Guest Support Center, please complete the appropriate pre-visit form to help us plan the specific details of your Mobile Ocean visit.

Thank you for booking a classroom program with Mobile Ocean Classroom for your school/group. Below are questions that we need answered and submitted 4-6 weeks prior to your event date. Expect a confirmation call or email from an Education staff member 3-4 weeks before your scheduled date to review these details. Along with these details you will need to provide a schedule for the day of our visit. PLEASE COMPLETE ONLY IF YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED BOOKING.

Where Can We Park Our Mobile Ocean Classroom Van?

Our Mobile Ocean Classroom van is a standard mini-van.

Program Location

We need an indoor space that can fit the entire group for each program you have booked. The space must have at least one functioning electrical outlet. We supply all audio/visual equipment necessary for the program.

Schedule

Please assign program times for each class. If you have booked multiple programs, 15 minutes between each program is necessary for sanitation practices and resetting of materials.
