Urban Forest Program

The Urban Forest Program is special initiative of the Earthwatch Institute in partnership with local non-profits and managers to connect people with nature in urban communities through community science.

Operation Healthy Air (OHA) 2017 Pilot Study

Aquarium volunteers and Long Beach residents served as community scientists in the 2017 Pilot Study which examined the relationship between temperature, ozone, and trees in urban landscapes.
