Erin Lundy
Manager, Conservation Initiatives
Erin Lundy is the manager of conservation initiatives at the Aquarium of the Pacific.
In this role, Lundy provides care for marine mammals and amphibians, and actively participates in conservation projects such as the Aquarium’s partnership with Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Sea Otter Surrogacy Program and the Mountain Yellow-Legged Frog Project to help this critically endangered local species through a collaboration with several partners. Lundy develops partnerships with other conservation organizations and helps create staff development opportunities through local partners. She acts as a liaison to the Oiled Wildlife Care Network, helping to coordinate efforts to rehabilitate animals affected by oil spills. Lundy holds a bachelor’s of science in biology from Northeastern University and is pursuing a master’s degree in environmental management from the University of Maryland.
