Lecture date: August 13, 2015. A panel of experts discussed the world’s most-endangered marine mammal, the vaquita, and how efforts to save it may result in solutions to fisheries issues around the world.

Panelists: Dr. Sarah Mesnick, ecologist and science liaison at NOAA Fisheries Southwest Fisheries Science Center; Dr. Enrique Sanjuro, World Wildlife Fund in Mexico; and Chef Robert Ruiz, executive chef and owner of The Land and Water Company restaurant.
