Author and marine biologist Dr. Maddalena Bearzi will share stories from her new book Dolphin Confidential: Confessions of a Field Biologist. Dr. Bearzi will offer a firsthand look at her studies of the metropolitan bottlenose dolphins of California, as well as dolphin social behavior and intelligence. In her book, Dr. Bearzi recounts some of her experiences at sea and her transformation into an advocate for conservation and dolphin protection.
