2018 should be an exciting year. Not only is it the year that the Aquarium of the Pacific will mark its 20th Anniversary in June, it will also mark two decades for me volunteering to help take care of the critters that call the facility home.
My first volunteer shift of 2018 saw me working with not only sea lions Harpo and Parker but also some of the animals that I’ve known since before the aquarium opened to the public such as Charlie the sea otter and Shelby the harbor seal.
Check out the short video in which I share some clips from my first volunteer day of 2018.
