Providing guests with outdoor, fresh air activities, Harbor Tours and Whale Watching. Operating large vessels, with open decks that allow for social distancing.

- Passengers will be asked to stay six feet apart from others who are not part of their household.
- Vessels will be reduced to 50% capacity to allow proper spacing of guests.
- Manifest of customers, recording name and contact information will be kept for contact tracing.
- Signage on the vessels will be present to instruct guests and employees:
- on social distancing practices,
- hand washing for at least 20 seconds and hand sanitizing.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- All vessels are equipped with restroom, disinfectant soap and hand sanitizers for passengers and employees use.
- All passengers and crew will be required to wear face mask while onboard the vessels and inside facilities.
- Loading and unloading will be guided, timed and spaced to avoid crowding.
- Contactless boarding and ticketing. Guests will be encouraged to buy tickets online and provide e-tickets. See ticketing guidelines per location for specific details.
- Indoor cabin seating will be offered in limited capacity and closely monitored by crew members. Outdoor sitting will be encouraged.
- Captains and crew will make regular safety announcements to remind passengers and crew of proper distancing.

- Symptomatic employees will be required to stay home and return only after medical provider clears their health status.
- Daily employee temperature checks, prior to shift start; Employees with temperature of 99.9 or higher will be sent home and followed up before returning to duty.
- Employees will be provided with PPE (face masks, face shields, gloves, suits)
- Crew should maintain social distancing as they perform work duties. Deckhands will not be allowed to stay inside Captains Wheelhouse, they will be assigned posts during the trip.
- Employees will be required to wash hands every 30 minutes when not wearing globes or as needed when wearing globes.
- Crew will frequently sanitize and disinfect common and high-traffic areas. such as bathrooms, doorknobs and handles, counters, etc.
- Employees cannot share workstations on the same shift, they mut disinfect before and after us.
- Captains and crew are not to shake hands and take pictures with guests until further notice.
- Plexiglass sneeze guards installed on counters.
- Captains and crew will make regular safety announcements to remind passengers and crew of proper distancing, masks and handwashing.
