Ways to Contribute

Endowment, Bequests, and Planned Gifts

Demonstrate Your Commitment to Education and Conservation

What is a planned gift? Would you like to ensure that our community continues to have opportunities to learn about the ocean and the environment for years to come? That is exactly what a planned gift can do.

A planned gift may be as simple as naming the Aquarium as a beneficiary of your 401(k), IRA, pension fund, will, or trust. Other donors may consider a gift annuity or charitable remainder trust which provides support to the Aquarium while providing income or tax benefits to the donor.

Planned giving not only allows you to demonstrate your commitment to education and conservation, but it can be an important element of your overall financial, philanthropic and estate planning.

The Aquarium is committed to protecting and preserving your planned gift.  All planned gifts will be added to the Aquarium’s endowment (unless otherwise specified by the donor).

Please call (562) 951-1664 to learn more about planned gift opportunities and the benefits of becoming a member of the Nautilus Society.
