Mural Painted by Children with Wyland Now on Display
In April 2009, as part of Wyland's Clean Water Challenge, Aquarium of the Pacific member children were invited to paint a 20 foot mural with renowned marine-life artist Wyland. This fantastic event allowed the kids to learn about painting, express their creativity, and find out ways they can help protect the Pacific Ocean. Their beautiful masterpiece will be on display in the Aquarium of the Pacific’s Northern Pacific Gallery now through Sunday, September 6. Be sure to come check it out!
