Fall Wine Dinner

Join us for our fall wine dinner! Enjoy a four course dinner complete with wine pairings from Benziger House of Wines. Dinner will be in the Great Hall in front of our breathtaking Blue Cavern exhibit.

Menu
  • First Course
    • Roasted Beet and Mache Salad with Avocado and Aged Goat Cheese, Preserved Lemon and Coriander Vinaigrette, Served with a Sauvignon Blanc
  • Second Course
    • Pear Ravioli with Brown Sugar and Sage Butter, Served with a Carneros Chardonnay
  • Third Course
    • Sonoma Crusted Rack of Lamb with Pureed Ranch Gordo Beans, Local Organic Chicories, Braised Fava with Balsamic Glaze, served with a Cabernet and Syrah
  • Fourth Course
    • Tahitian Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée with Candied Berries and Mint served with a Port
