Enjoy Valentine's Day at the Aquarium
Bring your sweetheart for a special evening at the Aquarium this Valentine's Day.
Experience the ambiance of the Aquarium at night and enjoy a gourmet meal in Cafe Scuba. You are welcome to enjoy the Aquarium galleries after dinner as we will be open until 9:00 p.m. that night.
Two seatings are available: 6:30 p.m. or 8:30 p.m. Please note that we sold out last year, so make your reservations early!
First Course
Sustainable Tuna Tartar wrapped Grilled Asparagus with Sea Salt and Toasted Citrus Zest drizzled with Meyer Lemon Reduction and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Second Course
Dried Cranberries, Gorgonzola Cheese, Candied Walnuts and
Mixed Greens tossed with a Raspberry Vinaigrette
Third Course
Slowly Braised Short Rib with a Roasted Vegetable Demi-Glace
served over Chevre Au Gratin Potatoes and Creamed Spinach
or
Panko and Herb Encrusted Sustainable Halibut seared on Parmigiano-Reggiano Risotto and topped with a Roast Red Pepper Pesto Cream Sauce and served with Grilled Asparagus drizzled with a Balsamic Reduction
