Once Upon A Tide: Using Storytelling to Connect to the Ocean

Join us for a screening of Once Upon a Tide that combines fantasy and reality to show a young girl how “All life depends on the ocean, including yours”.

Following the ten-minute screening, the film’s producers, Kathleen Frith and Mark Shelley; Ken Weiss, Los Angeles Times reporter; and the Aquarium’s President, Jerry Schubel will discuss how fictional and highly creative stories can be used effectively to communicate environmental issues.
