Noche de Estrellas / Bilingual Spanish-Language Late Night

Live Latin Music, Dancing, Dinner, & More

The Aquarium of the Pacific is hosting a new event for all ages with live music, dancing, traditional tacos, Mexican beers and other drinks, kids’ crafts, and more.

Do you enjoy dancing to Latin music, speaking Spanish with your family, or are you learning Spanish and want to practice? Then this is the night for you! During Noche de Estrellas (Night of Stars) everyone will get in for the kid’s price of only $11.95 after 6:00 p.m., and the Aquarium will remain open until 10:00 p.m. so you can dance under the sea stars to the sounds of rumba, cumbia, salsa, cha-cha-cha, and more.

The event will feature a special awards ceremony at 6:15 p.m. honoring Edward James Olmos for his efforts in ocean conservation education. Visitors will have the opportunity to journey through the Pacific Ocean to meet over 11,000 animals, including more than 150 sharks they can touch. In addition, the Aquarium will feature a live band, DJ, special underwater dive shows, scavenger hunts, animal shows, ocean learning activities and a special screening by Thank You Ocean, games and interactives with COSTASALVAjE, and more, all in Spanish and English.

Live Performances by: Sombra Quieta and DJ Quinto Sol

Please note: the Lorikeet Forest aviary closes at 4:30 p.m.
