Salad Station
- Baby Mixed Green Salad with choice of Ranch or Balsamic Dressing
- Orzo Seafood Pasta Salad

Omelet Station
- Omelets made to order Bacon, Ham, Sausage, Mushroom, Sautéed Peppers, Onion, Cheese, Guacamole, and Sour Cream.
Served with Bacon, Sausage and Breakfast Potatoes

Baron of Beef Carving Station
- Slowly Roasted Baron of Beef carved to order. Served on Freshly Baked Rolls with Au Jus, Creamy Horseradish, and Dijon Mustard.
Risotto Station
- Creamy Risotto topped with your choice of Short Ribs in a Red Wine Demi Sauce, Chicken Picatta, Shrimp Scampi, Sautéed Mushrooms, or Mini Meatballs in Marinara Sauce. Served with Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Bread.
