Seafood for the Future

September 7, 2012

Do you have a seafood recipe that your family and dinner guests rave about? Or enjoy being a creative genius in the kitchen? Challenge your skills and submit a recipe to the Top Fish competition in Long Beach.

Seafood for the Future is collaborating with Primal Alchemy Catering and the Long Beach Gazettes to showcase the top five seafood recipes at the Top Fish cooking competition at the Primal Alchemy kitchen at the Belmont Pier. All seafood must be selected from the Seafood for the Future Recommendations page. The top five winners will be announced on Tuesday, September 18, and will compete on Sunday, September 23.

Prizes include a private dinner hosted by Primal Alchemy’s Chef Paul Buchanan and tickets to the Aquarium’s Sea Fare Gala on October 13. Go to Gazettes.com or http://topfishlb.net/ to enter your recipe. The deadline for submissions is September 16.
