Lecture date: March 2, 2107. Kera Mathes shares her photographs and experiences from the summer of 2016 studying orcas in the San Juan Islands in the Pacific Northwest.

Mathes formerly served as the Aquarium’s boat programs manager and resident whale expert. During that time she initiated the Marine Mammal Photo ID internship and Citizen Science Whale ID program.
