Elizabeth Keenan discusses novel tools to improve our ability to tackle some of our most pressing environmental issues, including how to foster and motivate environmentally friendly choices and communicate concerns about climate change to general audiences. Keenan is an assistant professor of business administration in the Marketing Unit at Harvard Business School. Prior to pursuing her doctoral studies, she spent nearly ten years in the education department at the Aquarium of the Pacific.
