Portrait of a Coral Reef
Jim Hellemn recorded this Aquacast at the Aquarium on April 23, 2013. His photography has appeared in National Geographic magazine and at the American Museum of Natural History. An exhibit of Hellemn’s underwater photography was displayed in the Aquarium’s Great Hall. His large-scale photo of a kelp forest is featured on the glass windows of the Aquarium’s remodeled Pacific Collections gift store.
