David Salomon began compiling his Penguin-Pedia after a trip to Chilean Patagonia that inspired his interest in penguins. He spent two years flying to the Falkland and Galápagos Islands, Australia, Africa, Argentina, and Peru to document the world’s penguins. Salomon is a photographer, author, and real estate developer from Dallas, Texas. Salomon spoke at the Aquarium on June 28, 2012.
