PTA Incentive Program
Increase your schools PTA memberships with free child admission coupons to the Aquarium of the Pacific. Apply by May 31, 2010
Education is the main focus of the Aquarium and, we would like to help local public schools instill a sense of wonder in today’s youth by offering one free child admission for PTA members and their families.
Due to the success of this program we have made many logistical changes. To participate, please read the terms and conditions, then have your PTA President, VP, or other PTA cabinet member fill out the application fields below to receive coupons. In order to accommodate varying school terms, applications may be submitted until May 31, 2010 and coupons will be valid until June 30, 2010. Please do not call to verify receipt of your application. Due to the high volume nature of this program and our limited staffing, as a non-profit, we are unable to accommodate calls to verify applications. Once the online application is submitted, your PTA officer will receive a confirmation email. A second email will arrive within 10-15 business days containing a special link with a PDF so you may print your own tickets.
Coupons may be printed out and distributed by your PTA officer only. Individual requests will not be fulfilled. Each PDF contains three coupons. Coupons are valid for one free child admission with the purchase of one regular-priced adult admission. The adult ticket must be purchased at the Aquarium ticket window at the time the coupon is presented. Coupons may not be used to gain a free child admission ticket in conjunction with discounted tickets purchased elsewhere, including internet sales. Regularly priced adult admission must be purchased in the same transaction. Limit one free child admission. Coupons are not actual tickets and may not be used for admission. Once regularly priced ticket is purchased, up to four (4) additional admission tickets may be purchased for $3 of regular adult admission, and $1.50 off regular child admission prices. One (1) coupon valid per transaction, per family, per day. May not be combined with any other offer. Non-transferable. No cash value. Not valid at off-site locations, including internet postings and sales. Offer valid through June 30, 2010.
Coupons will only be distributed in advance through your PTA officers. The Aquarium of the Pacific reserves the right to disqualify any school or PTA from future participation in the program due to detected abuse including, but not limited to, selling coupons on or off site, including internet sales; posting coupons online or giving more than 1 ticket to each PTA member.
