The Aquarium of the Pacific hereby releases use of its images, documents in concordance with the terms listed below. Any usage of the images released to myself, corporation or any entity in conjunction with myself, must not conflict with any of the terms of this agreement, otherwise, entire release agreement is null and void.
The following statements must be agreed upon in order to validate the Aquarium of the Pacific’s approval of this agreement and that by clicking the button below, that I agree to said terms.
- Images released will be used only for non-commercial, non general-public usage.
- Should individual or any other entity, corporate, or organization wish to use the images for any other usage than above named uses, the named individual agrees to contact the Aquarium of the Pacific’s Public Relations Department to propose for the Aquarium of the Pacific’s written consent.
By logging in, I agree that I am the registered user, I am 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. By logging in below I agree that I have read this release and I fully understand, accept and agree to the contents, meaning, and impact of the terms of this agreement.
