Due to health orders related to COVID-19, the Aquarium experienced two full closures during the pandemic.
The first full closure was 90 days from March 14 through June 14, 2020 and the second full closure was 55 days from December 6, 2020 through January 29, 2021.
If your membership was active during a full closure, your membership was automatically extended to reflect the time period of the closure and your card(s) were automatically updated.
Please note that Aquarist, Curator, and Pacific Circle members only received the 90-day extension related to our first full closure. If you are a member at this level and would like to request a 55-day extension, please contact the Membership Office and reference your membership level.
Member parking vouchers and member guest tickets that expired between March 14, 2020 and March 14, 2021 will be accepted after their expiration date.

The Membership Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
Visit Member Services or any ticket window when the Aquarium is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m. daily.
