“The Teenager”
Avery is a very mellow, mild-mannered, young male penguin, but he does have one thing he’s particular about: eating.
Unlike the other penguins, Avery does not like to eat fish straight from his human trainer’s hand. Instead, he will take fish from his feeder and then drop it on the ground to reposition it. He has paired up with Kate, but may have to compete with Robbie for her affections as time goes on! Avery is often the first penguin to play with a new toy or come to a trainer’s hand in the water.
