Bernard David
Bernard David will present potential solutions to food waste in the United States, quantifying loss throughout the supply chain, from the agricultural, processing, distribution, food service, and retail industries to households.
David is a partner in Energy Management International, Inc. and a senior fellow at The Wharton School’s Initiative on Global Environmental Leadership. He currently serves as chairman of ReProduct, Inc. and as an advisor to the Environmental Protection Agency.
