As members you’re invited to be the first to celebrate the Aquarium’s Summer of Wonder.
Get closer to our animals than ever before and enjoy special interactive experiences, including the all-new bonnethead shark and cownose ray touchpool in Shark Lagoon, a chance to make and drive a remotely operated vehicle, and special behind-the-scenes looks at animal feedings through the Great Hall show.
Learn about and even touch the horseshoe crab, an animal that plays a key role in modern medicine. And travel to the rivers and streams of Southern California in a new immersive outdoor exhibit, Steelhead Story, which highlights the history and future of a local endangered species. Come discover the wonder, and see all that is new this summer at your Aquarium.
Dinner will be available for purchase in Café Scuba until 8:30 p.m. and the Blue Whale Coffee Cart will be open until 9:30 p.m.
The entire Aquarium will be open for viewing with the exception of Lorikeet Forest. Exhibit lighting will begin to dim at 8:30 p.m.
