A Day in the Life of an Aquarist
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be an aquarist? At Senior Member Afternoon you’ll get the inside scoop from the Aquarium’s Senior Aquarist Aaron Hovis, as he shares his personal stories and experiences in “A Day in the Life of an Aquarist”. Aaron will talk about how he spends his days caring for the Aquarium’s fish and invertebrates, how we acquire new sea life, the quarantine process, acclimating fish to their new exhibits, daily feeding and care, and much more.
