Pils - A light and crisp lager brewed with imported Saaz hops pairs with seared blackened ahi tuna for a refreshing cool down.
Beer-braised short rib with potato au gratin, garlicky haricot verts, IPA demi sauce
IPA - A well-rounded Indian pale ale with a hint of caramel malt barley works to excite the palette alongside the assertive flavors of the short rib.
Chocolate lava cake with caramel sauce and sea salt dust
Imperial Stout - A rich and smoky stout made with roasted malted barley is contrasted by sweet and delicious chocolate and caramel flavors.
