  • Citrus Halves Filled with Avocado Citrus Salad - Navel Orange, Myer Lemon, Grapefruit and Mandarin Orange Supremes tossed with California Avocado and Fresh Mint finished with a Dollop of Crème Fraiche and Mint Leaf.
  • Apple Halves Filled with House made Waldroff Salad - Apples, Walnuts and Grapes tossed with Dried Cherries and Sweetened Cream. Finshed off with a Dust of Cinnamon and House Made Candied Apple Slices.
  • Fruit and Berry Cup - Seasonal California Fresh Fruit and Berry Cups
  • Grilled Veggie Board - Seasonal Grilled Vegetables Finished with Balsamic Glaze
  • Caprese Skewer - Grilled French Baguette Baton, Skewered with Cherry Tomato and Bocconcini Mozzarella. Drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
  • Lox Canapés - Grilled Baguette Coated with Cream Cheese and Layers of Sliced Tomato, Onion and Smoked Salmon. Finished off with Capers and Dash of Lemon.
  • Farm Fresh Fluffy Scrambled Eggs - Apple wood Smoked Bacon, Chicken and Apple Sausage
  • Hand Crafted Quiche - Crispy Prosciutto, Sautéed Spinach and Feta Cheese
  • Breakfast Potatoes - Country Style Red Roasted Potato with Sauteed Peppers and Onions
  • Hand Carved Beef Wellington - Pastry Wrapped Filet Mignon Stuffed with Truffle Infused Mushroom Duxelle. Hand Carved and topped with a house made Bèarnaise Sauce.
