The Best of the West Chowderfest is not only a celebration of sustainable seafood, but it also is the most adventurous cooking challenge the West Coast has ever seen. Delight in daring chowders prepared with local California seafood, including urchin, spiny lobster, sablefish, sardines, California Dungeness crab, Carlsbad Aquafarm mussels and local produce from Weiser Family Farms and more.
