On June 8, World Ocean Day, guests can learn about ocean conservation issues at special educational tables throughout the Aquarium. Guests will learn about the endangered vaquita porpoise, conserving sea turtle populations by reducing single-use plastics, and how the Aquarium is working to recover endangered abalone and Guam Kingfisher populations. View shows in the Ocean Science Center highlighting sea level rise, ocean aquaculture, and ocean health. Special programming includes activities highlighting the endangered vaquita as well as a PSA regarding vaquita conservation.
Mass Transit Discount
Visitors who take public transit with Orange County Transportation Authority and Long Beach Transit to the Aquarium between June 4 and June 8 will receive $10 off regular adult admission by presenting proof of ridership at the ticket windows.
