Spoil your loved one with a one-of a-kind Valentine’s Day at the Aquarium of the Pacific. Arrive early and enjoy beverages with a harbor view at the Veranda cash bar. It will be a memorable evening showcasing a unique culinary experience, a romantic setting surrounded by marine life, and stellar ambiance.

Starter

  • Blend of red leaf, chopped romaine, and baby field greens with cara cara orange, blood orange, and pink grapefruit segments. Served with candied nuts and honey-lime vinaigrette dressing.

  • Artisan breads with chef-crafted savory butters.

Duo Entree

  • Seared sustainable (Skuna Bay) salmon with rosemary and Dijon-crusted “Mary’s Organic” chicken breast. Served with pomegranate buerre blanc.

  • Cremini mushroom risotto

  • Roasted heirloom carrots, cauliflower, and blistered tomatoes
