Lewis M. Duncan currently serves as provost, dean of faculty, and chief operating officer of the U.S. Naval War College. Additionally, he is a founding member and co-chair of the Board of Directors of the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space, responsible for managing the International Space Station National Laboratory. In this lecture Duncan will discuss cooperation, competition, and conflict on the world’s oceans.
