Let's check out some turtles!

Foster a love for the ocean in your four- to five-year-old child in our series of preschool programs designed to keep even the wiggliest child engaged and entertained.

Each 2-hour class allows children to explore and learn about marine life independently from their parent through games, crafts, tours, snack, animal touch time, and more.

Please note that this is a child only program. If you are interested in joining your preschool child in a class, please see our Saturday Family Fun programs.

Little Snappers:

Take some time out for turtles! These endangered animals are facing many challenges, find out simples ways you can help to protect them. During this 2-hour program your four- to five-year-old child will:

• Learn the subtle differences between sea turtles and land tortoises
• Play a game to illustrate the obstacles tiny turtle hatchlings face
• Take a guided tour of our sea jelly and sea turtle exhibits
• Make their own sea turtle craft to take home
• Touch animals in our private classroom touch pools
• Enjoy a snack of goldfish crackers and juice
