Preschool Program: Sensational Sharks

Sensational Sharks
This class focuses on the top predator in the ocean, the shark. Students will discover the not so scary side of sharks as they learn about all seven of the sharks senses. Interactive games and activities will encourage the students to hunt like a shark would. Participants will greet the sharks of our Aquarium, looking at baby sharks, rays and adult sharks. If you have ever wanted to touch a shark, here is your chance. Feel their not so smooth skin and take home a memento of the experience with your own textured shark craft.

Preschool Programs are designed for young children to independently explore marine life. Each class offers hands-on animal touch time, a craft project, story time, Aquarium animal observation, a snack, and activities relating to the topic.
