Aquarium Education Program

Junior Biologist Program: Invertebrates (Ages 7-10)

Invertebrates
They may be spineless but they are mighty in numbers, we will learn all about animals without backbones and find out what makes them so special.  From inking octopuses to sea star stomachs we will explore the amazing adaptations invertebrates use to survive in and out of the ocean.  Learn what marine biologists have discovered about incredible invertebrates.

Junior Biologist participants will independently investigate marine life during this exploratory program. This class offers hands-on animal touch time, Aquarium animal observation, and activities relating to each topic. Select the topic that is most interesting, or take all the classes to learn about the variety of animals found at the Aquarium.
