Veterinarian Job Shadow
Fish can get sick too!  And who better to take care of sick animals than a veterinarian.  Meet our staff veterinarian for an inside look into the career of marine veterinary science.  Participants will go on morning rounds to check on our animals, learn to diagnose and treat a “sick” stuffed animal, and go behind the scenes to visit our veterinarian treatment room.

These classes are designed for the students in grades 7-12 interested in a career in marine science.  Students will roll up their sleeves and get some hands-on experience on what it takes to be an veterinarian.  This series of three-hour classes typically runs the first Saturday of every month.

Participants must wear closed-toe shoes for behind the scenes access!
